Delivery
The sold products are delivered to the address specified during registration. If however you wish to be delivered to a different address, thank you for letting us know while sending your payment.
All orders are shipped by La Poste through the monitoring method of (Colissimo) according to the articles for France, and International Collisimo for other countries.
Shipping is done on receiving the payment of the order within a maximum of 48 hours.
The total delivery time may vary, depending on the transport time by th epost. Generally, for France, the delivery is between 48 and 72 hours from the date of shipment. For Europe it taks about a week
In accordance with Article 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days of receiving the order to return the product purchased.
The right of return will only be exercised if the procedure is re enforced and only if the items are returned on time and in perfect condition.
Before any return, the customer must first contact the Sygma-group customer service by phone or email to receive a return number.
